The basic rules for using a Sistem.KS workspace and its connected features.
This text reflects the current implementation and remains under legal review. The data-processing agreement and international-transfer terms must be completed before use with EEA customer data.
The service
Sistem.KS provides business workspaces for scheduling and other operational features. The features available to a business depend on its plan, setup and any connected provider accounts. A displayed integration is not a promise that a provider connection is active until the connection has been configured and verified.
Accounts and authorized use
The workspace owner controls invitations, roles and access for their team. Users must keep credentials secure, provide accurate account information and use the service lawfully. Do not upload content you have no right to process or use the service to send unauthorized messages. The business remains responsible for the accuracy and lawful handling of its customer records.
Subscriptions and charges
The selected plan, price, billing period and any taxes or charges are shown before purchase. A workspace payment record is not itself proof that a customer has paid. Provider-backed charges, refunds or invoicing apply only when the relevant payment capability is configured. Requests to change or cancel a plan are governed by the terms shown in the applicable subscription flow.
Integrations and AI
Connected messaging, email and AI features depend on third-party services and their availability. A business must have the necessary account permissions and lawful basis for messages it sends or receives. AI output can be incomplete or mistaken; staff should review customer-impacting decisions. The receptionist prepares appointment requests and does not independently confirm appointments. Salon and customer data must not be used for AI model training without a separate assessment and agreement.
Data and support
Each business retains control of the records it enters. Sistem.KS processes customer data to provide the service and authorized support, as described in the Privacy policy and Data Protection page. A separate data-processing agreement and international-transfer terms may be required for business customers, especially where EEA data is accessed from Kosovo. Contact hello@sistem.ks for those documents or support.
Changes and availability
We may update the service and these terms as features or legal requirements change. We will present material changes through the service or another appropriate channel. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability; contact us if you need assistance with your data or account.
